Help ensure you receive our e-mails with 3 easy steps
Ever wonder why you don't always receive the e-mails you want? Odds are some of your e-mails are being wrongly blocked by your email filtering system. Since email filters aren't an exact science and to help ensure our e-mails make it to your inbox, simply select your email client from the list below and follow three easy steps:
Instructions for Outlook Users:
1. Open 'Outlook'; Click on "Tools".
2. Select "Address Book", then click on "File", followed by "New Entry" or "New Contact".
3. Type in our email address; Yeoman@OntarioMortgageTeam.com and "Save"
For Outlook 2000/2002/XP Users
1. Go to your "Tools" menu.
2. Click on "Rules Wizard", and then click "Exception List".
3. Type in our email address; Yeoman@OntarioMortgageTeam.com
For Outlook 2003 Users
1. Open our email to you.
2. Go to "Actions" in your tool bar.
3. Select "Junk Email" and click on "Add Sender to Safe Senders List".
Instructions for Hotmail Users
1. Open our email to you.
2. Click on "Save Address" in the top of the navigation bar.
3. Click "OK".
Instructions for MSN 8 Users
1. Open our email to you.
2. Click on "Save Address".
3. Click "Save".
Instructions for Yahoo/Yahoo Mail Plus Users
1. Open our email to you.
2. Click on "Add to Address Book".
3. Click "Add to Address Book", again.
